I started to add up the cost of each hair tie and it came out to be around .10-.20 cents a piece!
Not bad! And they are so easy to make.
Cut the ribbon to 9inches
Fold your ribbon in half and tie a knot
Make a diagonal cut to finish up the hair tie. If you want you can run a lighter over the cut to seal the ribbon.
Add some pretty valentines stamps and some glitter & viola!
Finished product!
